FILMING TRAILER UPDATE

Most of our filming has been completed however, due to some clips not being right myself and my group have some changes and other parts to film so that out trailer is how we want it.

The main parts of the trailer that we filmed with the script in it, didn't really go with the trailer itself, we will have to change these and re film new scripted scenes.

HORROR POSTER INSPIRATION

For our horror trailer we had the task of creating a poster to present our trailer to an audience.

My horror poster was inspired by many famous posters, looking at the images, colour palette and the way the posters are set out, I decided to research into finding the type of poster that attracts an audience the best and took inspiration from this.

For our horror trailer we have the task to create a Magazine cover based on it.

When creating my magazine cover, I took inspiration from magazines which I liked the look of and tried to set mine out in a similar way. The cover above were the main ones I looked at when creating my own as I liked the way they had been made. Having made a magazine cover based on a horror trailer I researched into what colour palette used and decided Empire would best suit the genre of the magazine cover I was making.

Updated Script for our trailer

once we had devised the updated storyboards we decided that the only form of speech that we would have would be the voiceovers at the beginning of the trailer and the end of the trailer, we recorded the voice overs a while ago and these state...
"November 16th, December 21st, January 24th, February 27th...New victims, You find me, I have your soul, Death is due."

This is all of the speech we want within our trailer as we don't want to give much away within it. We decided to keep it simple but effective.
